In using the Guest Suite, I agree to take responsibility for my guests and to the following terms and conditions:

1. The condition of the suite and the conduct of the guests are the sole responsibility of the Strata lot owner.
2. The maximum length of stay is 7 consecutive days.
3. Check-in time after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time before 11:00 a.m.
4. Noting the existing condition of the Guest Suite by completing the checklist before and after use with the clubhouse staff.
5. No person under the age of 12 is to be left unattended in the Guest Suite at any time.
6. No Pets, No Smoking or No Cooking is permitted in the Guest Suite.
7. Compliance by guests with all Hampton Club’s Rules and Regulations is expected. NOTE: Zero tolerance for noise. Restrictions will be enforced.
8. Owners are responsible for providing their guest(s) a copy of the Hampton Club Rules & Regulations.
9. Failure to comply with the rules may result in a revoke of the booking and future rental privileges.
